What a disaster. An unfair extremely unfair complex CGT debacle.Anyone reading Chapter 7 of my Domain will quickly understand just how unfair. complex and administratively confusing whatever version of the CGT that finally emerges on 1 July 2027 will be. And what a bonanza for valuers (there probably won't be enough to spread around), creative strategists and accountants etc the new complex dual tax arrangements (pre and post start date) for accountants will be. It will be great fun, valuing all my pre-1987 company and other assets (works of art, old manuscripts).<\/p>\n
